Seattle’s KEXP and npr present Metric perfoming “Synthetica” in a Washington state valley. The video is a part of the Field Recordings series where artists perform in outdoor scenarios. Metric are no stranger to acoustic versions of their songs. The Emily Haines vocal paired with an acoustic guitar is subtle but demonstrates a different view of Metric’s music. The landscape only adds on to the beauty.
